Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus.
Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to heat it during your stay.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed for two people, which provides capacity to accommodate 2 adults. We have a cot available. The apartment is accessible by elevator but please note that there is a first flight of stairs before reaching the elevator.

The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner.
Both bedding and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.

Smoking is only permitted outside the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.
