Stay with peace of mind and rest on your well-deserved holidays in this villa that has 3 exclusive floors just for you. Yes, you read that right, a cinema room and a private pool! The location is very quiet and perfect for sunbathing with your family or friends, enjoying the barbecue and at the end of a day of relaxation, watching a movie in the cinema room with a professional sound system. There are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of shops near the apartment, about 5 minutes' drive away. The villa is only accessible by stairs.
Easy and quiet check-in with a safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, no costs in case of late arrivals.
Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, the speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.
Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre.

Both the bed linen and towels are sanitised by a professional laundry and are included, in addition to the shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.
All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner, and must complete the online check-in on our system to have access to the property. A deposit may be requested, this amount will be shown before completing your booking.
Parties, or any kind of noise or disturbance in the neighbourhood, are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of noise complaints. Smoking inside the accommodation and the use of the fireplace are also completely prohibited.
